Paul Davis did an excellent job with the mitigation and restoration of a roof leak that we had. The leak caused damage to our ceiling and walls, but fortunately the mitigation efforts of Paul Davis contributed to ensuring that our hardwood floor wasn't damaged. Then, the restoration team took over, and in short order our house was back to normal. We did encounter a minor issue along the way, but Kevin of Paul Davis stepped in immediately and addressed the minor issue. The technicians were on time and got right to work. It was a big job and they stayed focused on taking care of everything. While they were working we had another contractor on site, who held them up for a few minutes, but they were patient with us until the other contactor was able to move their truck.
